After what seemed like a winter that was never going to end, we’re thrilled to welcome warmer weather and sunny skies. We also can’t wait to break out a whole new batch of recipes built for the season. Here are three of our favorites.

Pizza al Taglio

One of our favorite recipe sources, Cook’s Illustrated, tackles one of our favorite pizzas. The recipe requires a long fermentation of at least 16 hours, but plan ahead, as it’s worth it. When you bake this pizza, make sure to use one of our authentic Roman-style pizza al taglio pans.
